The hallmark
of MMS is the direct involvement of the owner, Don Magorian,
in all aspects of the mining/tunneling project. With a total
of 25 employees, multiple crews work in an integrated and efficient
manner that gives good results. Crews typically have 30-40 years
of combined experience. |

Don
Magorian, a Mining Engineer,
who graduated from the University of Nevada's Mackay School
of Mines has over 30 years expertise/experience in the
following areas. |

Underground
mining and tunneling contractor experienced at
tunneling in a wide variety of ground and support conditions.
Currently building wine caves using primarily non-blasting
tunneling methods. |
| |
 |
Supervisory
experience in establishing efficient underground
mining operations, creating plans, setting goals, and following
them through to completion. Evaluating and providing solutions
for technical underground mining and support problems. |
| |
 |
Hands-on
experience. Mr. Magorian personally installed
over 30,000 feet of tunnel, ramps and declines, plus stopping
and raises, including over 5000 hours of at-the-controls
Jumbo operation, mining in a wide variety of support requirements,
drilling and blasting conditions. |

Mechanical
experience to maintain high overall mechanical
efficiencies for complete and remote operations. |
