DONALD MAGORIAN
Owner & Operator
Don founded Magorian Mine Services in 1988 with a background in various underground and surface mine specialties. After over 40 wine caves designed and built since 1998, MMS continues to pave the road for all other companies wanting to break into the industry.

With over 50 years of experience working in underground mines and tunnels in a variety of positions, Don is uniquely talented in turning your tunneling needs into functional works of art. He specializes in underground construction services for wineries, mines, and other tunnel construction projects.

DANIEL MAGORIAN
Production Manager
Dan rejoins Magorian Mine Services after a decade of various construction and underground tunneling experience. Having worked as a structural assessor for the largest structural engineering and construction firm in Los Angeles, he brings a new and innovative set of ideas to an already-successful venture.

Experienced in both the sales/design aspect and the hands-on field work, Dan continuously fine-tunes the balance between productivity and the desired artistic outcome of each project. You can often find Dan on the job site, ensuring timely progress and quality of the work at every step,

Dennis brings over 30 years of drafting experience to MMS, ensuring each project design reflects the quality and value our company is founded on. While he rarely visits the job sites, his understanding and expertise in his field allows us to continue to excel in our industry.

With over 10 years on the Magorian Mine Services team, he continuously strives to produce the highest quality of work for custom cave designs and other tunneling projects.

Foreman
Aram has been with Magorian Mine Services for over 20 years, bringing each design to life with precision and efficiency. As a foreman, he runs each crew with respect and care, ensuring longevity of the other employees.

During his tenure, Aram has successfully trained over a dozen employees, many of whom find a long-term home at MMS. With his logistical know-how, Aram has proven time and time again that he is the brain of our crew!

FRANCISCO DEHARO
Foreman
After 20 years with Magorian Mine Services, Francisco is one of two jobsite foremen entrusted to bring each job to completion at the standards of excellence and quality required. While he excels in every aspect of his job, his talents shine when he is operating machinery in extreme ground conditions.

Francisco encourages the crew to be the best they can be every day, ensuring production deadlines are met with ease. He is a man who leads by example and does not shy away from hard work.
